President congratulates youths for displaying talents

Through the Sesel I Annan Talan show and the Carnaval International de Victoria, the youths have shown once again that they have a lot to offer.
President James Michel said this when he addressed the contestants of the show organised by the Jj Spirit Foundation, of which he is the patron, as well all those who took part in the carnival.

Saturday’s gathering at the Espace building was also attended by Designated Minister Vincent Meriton, the foundation’s chairperson Lise Bastienne and its chief executive Marymonde Matatiken, Airtel chief executive Amadou Dina, Terry Servina of Cable & Wireless as well as representatives of other sponsors and partners.

Patrick Victor, the show’s artistic director, was also present as well as other local artists and musicians.
“The Sesel i annan Talan show and the Carnaval International de Victoria are the platforms for the youths to show what they have a lot to offer. You have been doing it in a spirit of inclusivity because whatever we do we have to think of Seychelles first. It is through resilience, hard work and discipline that you have been able to achieve all that you have done. You believed in yourselves when you took part in these activities and let these qualities guide you in life so that you become women and men who are brave to take up new challenges,” said President Michel.

The President also told the young people gathered for the ceremony that the Espace building is theirs and they have the opportunity to develop their skills. He also told them to become leaders of the movement and to encourage their friends to join the Jj Spirit Foundation.

We are not making random posting those who may misunderstand - our old forum Board near 10 years ago then situation in Sechelles Seychelles, the Region an the world, the near bankrupt of that country. those and we had been part to help save avoided this situation nobody appreciated - we came Home in 2009 those who had advised we come home and spoken to SPPF/SPUP/PL officials to meet with President FA Rene 13 times we attempted this and always an excuse.

He an all his officials choose to forget what had led/caused the global melt down and near 3rd world war.

These young persons , their education and future role in Nation building if they do not learn properly what nation will they be building - great photo is not good enough - those young adults need to use their education and look critically at our situation and nation working.
