Plebgate: Andrew Mitchell did say 'pleb', judge says
Mr Justice Mitting gave his verdict in the libel case involving the government's former Chief Whip Andrew Mitchell at the High Court in London
Former Government chief whip Andrew Mitchell has lost his High Court libel action over the "Plebgate" incident.
Mr Justice Mitting ruled that on the balance of probabilities Mr Mitchell did use the "politically toxic" word pleb.
He added Mr Mitchell was not in any state at the time to measure his words or remember what he had said.
Mr Mitchell sued News Group Newspapers (NGN) over a September 2012 story in the Sun which he said meant he was guilty of launching a grossly offensive and arrogant attack on Downing Street police officers who refused to allow him to cycle through the main vehicle gates, branding them "f****** plebs".

Comment - Among one of the issues we did in Strasbourg - we talked with Officials of the European Court of Human Rights and collected some forms. Over our situation in Britain the past 30 years, application for Court intervention and outcome. They explained us how the court works.
This incident above by the Conservative Coalition chief Wip at the time - those who know and remember our issues then, that SIROP and FECAS - ECSVS debacle in the Blair/Brown workings and the Police unethical approach/stand how the synergy we use and work with can and will lead to very influential personalty interacting and intervening - the list and incidents the past 30 years is very long.
The British Justice system should have researched - in the heat of the moment/situation words do fly out - but the provocation is equally important. How do you tell a Police Office he is being very unfriendly, nasty and over the broad a a Minister.
May be we ought not to have mentioned this - returning from Strasbourg.
The media they just refuse to research the background adequately - several of Lady Thatcher Ministers know of such workings and outcomes. What about that bunch form Sechelles Seychelles government - their super monkeying how would the court and Justice System react and handle it. All the writing and protesting
